Although there was a minor glitch with the first installation attempt it was quickly rectified. The doors are great and the final install was smooth and efficient. The installers were very skilled and friendly. We would definitely use Waukegan Glass for future needs and recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you!

The experience was wonderful from beginning to end - from scheduling the initial quote, to the quote response time, ordering the parts, scheduling completion of the work, all of it. This is my second experience with your company and both were exceptional.

Recently had them make a custom glass top for a live edges dining table. The office staff were friendly, informative, and not at all pushy. It turned out even better than expected and was ready in less than a week. To top it off, the prices were also cheaper than what we saw with larger online companies.

Everyone was wonderful! Great communication from the office ladies. Very polite and extremely hardworking installers! It was brutally hot outside on the two installation days too! Very happy with the two windows and the new sliding door panel. Love it!
